To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
   
• Liability is limited to fees paid for the service in question
   
• No guarantee of specific outcomes is provided
   

Services are provided “as is” without warranties, express or implied. You are responsible for independent verification before implementing recommendations.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ascend Consulting from claims arising from:

• Violation of these Terms
